Kathmandu : CPN (UML) has finalized the names of ministers to represent the new government to be led by Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.

Prime Minister Oli, who is also the chairman of UML, finalized the list of eight ministers in a meeting on Sunday evening.

According to sources, Bishnu Paudel is taking the oath of office and secrecy as the Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister of Finance.

Similarly, Manbir Rai is taking the oath as the Minister for Defense, Prithvi Subba Gurung (Communication), Bidya Bhattarai (Education), Damodar Bhandari (Industry), Raj Kumar Gupta (Federal Affairs and General Administration), Balaram Adhikari (Land Management and Cooperatives) and Devendra Dahal is being sworn in as the Minister for Physical Infrastructure and Transport, UML sources have said.

The oath-taking ceremony is taking place at Sheetal Niwas at 11 am.
