Kathmandu : The National Examination Board (NEB) has published the new exam schedule for Class 12.

Earlier, the government had decided to postpone the exams previously scheduled for April 24 after teachers announced to boycott it.

Agitating teachers have been continuing their Kathmandu-centered protests, demanding, among other things, the enactment of the School Education Bill.

In response, the government had earlier decided to conduct the exams on the scheduled date even by deploying civil servants.

However, the government was forced to reschedule the exams, after the civil servants’ trade union warned the government of counter-protests.
