Kathmandu — The Central Committee of Press Center Nepal organized a tea reception and greeting exchange program on the occasion of Dashain, Tihar, Chhath, Nepal Sambat, and other festivals.

The event, held at the central office of the Press Center, had CPN (Maoist Centre) Vice-Chairperson and Head of the Publicity Department, Agni Prasad Sapkota, as the chief guest.

Speaking at the program, Sapkota remarked that although KP Sharma Oli had internally prepared the political ground, the major cause behind the incidents of Bhadra 23 and 24 was geopolitical influence. “A kind of cold war is going on between the US and China, and its effects are being felt globally,” he said.

Sapkota warned that an even larger movement than that of Bhadra 23/24 is on the rise, urging everyone to remain vigilant.

The event was chaired by Press Center Chairperson Kamal Giri and conducted by General Secretary Manoj Ghartimagar.
