Kathmandu: Nepal Oil Corporation has reduced the prices of diesel and kerosene by Rs 4 per liter while increasing the price of petrol by Rs 2 per liter, with the revised rates taking effect from today.

The decision was taken at a meeting of the corporation’s board of directors.

Under the new pricing structure, diesel and kerosene now cost Rs 139.50 per litre in the first category, Rs 141 in the second, and Rs 142 in the third.

Petrol prices have been revised to Rs 160.50 per litre in the first category, Rs 162 in the second, and Rs 163 in the third.
