
Mahendranagar (Dhanusha), Dec 31 — Nearly a month after the formation of a new provincial government under Chief Minister Krishna Prasad Yadav, the Madhesh Provincial Cabinet has been fully constituted with the induction of six additional ministers.
The newly appointed ministers were sworn in at a special ceremony held at Madhesh Bhawan in Janakpurdham, where they took the oath of office and secrecy before Province Chief Dr Surendra Labh Karn.
Among the new appointees, Manish Kumar Suman has been assigned the Ministry of Labour and Transport, while Raj Kumar Gupta has been given charge of the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure Development.
Similarly, Shankar Prasad Chaudhary has been appointed Minister for Forests and Environment, Shyam Prasad Patel for Land Management, Agriculture and Cooperatives, Basant Kumar Kushwaha for Youth, Sports and Social Welfare, and Fakira Mahato for Home Affairs, Communication and Law.
With the cabinet now complete, the provincial government expects greater administrative efficiency, faster implementation of development projects, and improved service delivery across Madhesh Province.
