Kathmandu: Prime Minister Sushila Karki thanked leaders of the Communist Party of Nepal (NCP) for their role in making the recent election successful.

During a meeting at the official residence in Baluwatar, leaders including Pushpa Kamal Dahal, Madhav Kumar Nepal, Narayan Kaji Shrestha, and Barshaman Pun were present.

The meeting focused on the recently completed House of Representatives election and current political issues. The Prime Minister said the election was conducted peacefully and democratically, and praised the NCP for playing an important role.

She also congratulated those who won the election and wished success to others in the future.

Speaking at the meeting, Prachanda said the completion of the election was a big achievement for the country. He added, “If this election had not taken place, the country could have gone into another major crisis.” He also praised the Prime Minister’s leadership and bold decisions.

Other NCP leaders also congratulated the Prime Minister for successfully completing the election.
