Kathmandu, Sept 14 : Bhatt Bhattaini, one of Nepal’s leading retail chains, is determined to rise stronger after a series of attacks left multiple stores across the country damaged. During recent unrest linked to the Zen Z movement, 12 stores were completely destroyed by fire, and 9 others suffered theft and property damage.

Despite the significant losses, company owner Min Bahadur Gurung shared a message of resilience and hope. “The attacks have been a huge setback, but our commitment to rebuild is stronger than ever. Every word of encouragement and every act of support from our customers and community gives us the energy to move forward. Bhatt Bhattaini will stand tall again, and together, we will create an even brighter future,” he said.

The damage has resulted in billions of rupees in losses and affected thousands of employees. However, the company emphasized the importance of the support received from customers and well-wishers, calling it a vital source of strength during these challenging times.

Bhatt Bhattaini also made clear that rebuilding efforts are already underway, signaling a determined path toward recovery and growth. This is not the first time the chain has faced attacks—its stores were also targeted during previous monarchy support protests—but the company’s resolve remains unwavering.
