Chairperson of the Communist Party of Nepal, Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, has filed his nomination from Rukum East.

Arriving with supporters amid traditional music and celebrations, Prachanda addressed a gathering after registering his candidacy, describing Rukum East as a land of change and sacrifice.

He is contesting the election on the proposal of Jeevan Khadka, son of martyr Laxiram KC ‘Pawan’. A large number of party leaders, cadres, and supporters were present during the nomination process.
