Kathmandu, October 9, 2026 — Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has published the official foreign exchange rates for Friday, October 9, with the US dollar valued at Rs 154.56 for buying and Rs 155.16 for selling.

According to the central bank, the euro is being traded at Rs 172.83 for buying and Rs 173.50 for selling, while the British pound sterling stands at Rs 203.87 for buying and Rs 204.66 for selling.

The exchange rates are used as a reference for foreign currency transactions in Nepal. However, rates offered by commercial banks and other authorized dealers may vary.
