KATHMANDU: The prices of both gold and silver declined in Nepal on Thursday compared with the previous day, according to the latest price list.
The price of hallmark gold has fallen by Rs. 945 per 10 grams, from Rs. 248,200 on Wednesday to Rs. 247,255 per 10 grams on Thursday. Similarly, the price of hallmark gold per tola has dropped by Rs. 1,100, from Rs. 289,500 to Rs. 288,400.
Silver prices recorded a sharper decline during the same period. The price of silver fell by Rs. 188.50 per 10 grams, from Rs. 3,648 on Wednesday to Rs. 3,459.50 on Thursday.
Likewise, the price of silver per tola decreased by Rs. 220, from Rs. 4,255 on Wednesday to Rs. 4,035 on Thursday.

Overall, gold prices declined moderately, while silver recorded a more significant drop compared with the previous day’s rates.
